Miscreated (post-apocalyptic, survival-based sandbox game)

I didn't want it put on a plate, I just wanted SOMETHING in the time that I played that didn't just involve nice graphics and item picking. In an entire airfield there wasn't any mutants, any dangers, nothing!

As for friends, yes :(

I find the game brilliant, I have never played a survival game before and I'm hooked, the amount of mutants is fine for me, in the towns they get larger in size and numbers. It's more a hardcore survival game with zombies than a zombie survival though. Some times it does feel like walking simulator but that just shows how big the map is.

Didn't get a chance to play yesterday but at £7.49 this is a bargins for me.

I think its brilliant tbh. Its a cross of Dayz and H1Z1 in the sense that the map is fantastic and full of variety. It has a solid selection of working vehicles and of course you can build bases and its persistant on that server.

So you have the added element of raiding and with storage limited, you find that bases only hold good stuff and not boxes of sparkplugs or similar :D

There isnt much AI threat i agree, but again, the tanks drop the blueprints to give you better building options, so there is a reason to kill them. But if you go on a busy server with 30 or so people, there is always action to be had and bases to nose about.

Its not perfect and there is plenty that needs doing, but the content patches come montlhy (At least) and hotfixes are quick to follow if required. Its one of those games that has a solid foundation and just needs to be added to as they are doing. Its not like Dayz which has had to be re-written (and I enjoyed Dayz so im not ****ging it off) or H1Z1 that has just stagnated for a long time (again anotehr game ive 1200+ hours in)

For 7 quid you cant go wrong really, its worth having and giving a chance.

loving this tonight with Josh and Crispy.

I'm now of the opinion, I'm just KOS from now on, so many times ppl do it to me.

Nooo!, that's how it starts, raise above that pussy crap. The easiest and most boring way to play these games is to just KOS, there is far more fun (risk, reward???) in robbing or just outright saying 'hi, I'm friendly' I personally just like holding people up and robbing them of there ammo, it's the 'Player to Player' interaction I love in these games, every life is a different story.

Found a boat, fixed it up, stole it, survived the ambush and then hope to hell that it remains untouched until Sunday.

We removed most of the bits from it and beached it pretty well.

GG's tonight chapos.

I know I know, but it's so frustrating when you get fully kitted, you go around giving people food and water where needed, then the next guy blindsides you and just kills you cold blooded on the spot without even saying anything.

I played it online for the first time the other night and lasted about 10 mins before I was killed. I was a new spawn with nothing on me other than a torch and told them on mic that but they still killed me. Part of the game I guess but got to give a guy a chance to get going.

Is there a map of any sort?

After playing rust for a long time I am more surprised when I'm not killed as a fresh spawn.

So worth a buy then?

Are we talking bf4 replayability or hardline here?

It's definitely worth a buy as long as you have someone to play with, it can't wait to see what the devs have planned for 2017, I would like to see base building revamped, it just doesn't work in this game one bit.

Played for the first time in ages last night with a frien who has never played it before,, had a brilliant time, this game deserves far more recognition than it gets

Yeah I was on last night, was eerie walking through the deep woods with the fog rolling in.

I'm on regularly these days too, on one of the U.K. Servers. Games definitely a grower, visuals help, it looks utterly brilliant.

It one one the nicest looking games out IMO, on again tonight, got into a shootout in Hayward Valley (surprise) over a bus (we had all the parts for it but didn't no you had to press R to start the engine!!) an hour later a group of 6 Russian lads pulled up in a bus, we jumped in and took us for a ride, turns out it was the same guys that killed us for the bus we were sat in! we all had a laugh about about it, met 3 more guys handcuffed one and made the other 2 fight to the death for our amusement, the then got us geared back up quickly, and showed us 2 of there 3 bases on the server (there 3rd was secret and wouldn't show us) and we said our good byes, top lads!

Really fun night again!
