Xbox Scorpio

That old chestnut. PC has cost me 1k including upgrades since purchase in 2011.

How much will you have spent on an Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox One S and a Scorpio in that time frame?

What technical knowledge is required to operate a PC, it isn't 1998 you know?

Xbox fans triggered but here I am playing all your exclusives on my PC at a desk, or with the 'living room' experience, at a resolution and framerate you can only dream of.

Eh? The 360 came out in 2005. Are you still using a pc from 2005?

lol.

If the millions cared that much they'd buy a PC.

There is literally no reason to own Xbox branded hardware now. PC gets all their exclusives, will last longer than a console gen and can be customised to be so much more.

I regret spending £200 on an Xbox because I have a PC built in 2011 that smashes it all over.

lol.

What card do you use then from 2011? by my reckon and googling thats a 5** series card which is very long in the tooth.

Not sure what you are on about..I bought a 360 in about 2006, that was £280 with games at the time.
I then bought a Xbox one a few years ago 2013 for £449.

So all in all for 10 years worth of gaming I spent £730 on hardware.

But you wont play all xbox 360 games you own on your new console?

I have consoles and PCs I just dont like walled gardens and lack of backwards compatibility in any medium.

I have a few games with backwards compatibility but never touch them, why would I want to play a rubbish looking game from 7 years a go when I could be playing a amazing looking game from this year or last.

I also want to just turn on and play, not have issues with games like Pcs do.

Odd, I have some old films and albums that I quite like. I guess in this medium ymmv.

I don't mind watching old films and music, but games never grab me a second time around, even amazing game's like Witcher 3 I've tried to complete twice but get bored half way through second run.

How do you know that a lot of my older games have not been added to the backwards compatibility list?
How many older games do you realistically play? That's more of a PlayStation problem than an Xbox one.

Do you understand the difference between a questions and a statement?

ON PC my most recently completed game was half life II, which frankly made the newer Assassins Creed Syndicate look like the polished **** that it is.
