19 wins with 8 games left and had to go, up at daft o clock. It really does make a huge different what team you use, i only lost 2 i think with my proper team and won 10 i think.
 
Most people are pretty wise to that now, used to get me a decent amount of goals but has really dropped off last few weeks. Its also easy to counter if you stick a defender in the way.
 
Mmmm I tried it a month or so ago pre patch and it worked a charm. After the patch it stopped working this seems to work again now.

Maybe I just got lucky but worth a shot either way.

Finished WL on gold 2 - P29 W21.

How many WL matches does everyone average? I've never managed the full 40, only 38 once when I got elite 3 once, but usually play 25 games over a weekend.
 
Previously I've got my full 40 in every week. Gets more difficult to squeeze them all in though week by week. 30 games should be the top end, frees people up more and is enough to determine the consistency and skill imo.
 
i do however many to get to gold 3, taken me to the last game a couple of times. Hopefully as i get better that will be less and less.

I always collected my rewards Thursday morning. Bit annoying its later as it gave me time to adapt my team for the next WL.

I finished in Gold 2. Didn't play very well due to adapting to my new team and lost some silly games but I'll take that. Cannot find a Calcio A striker I like having tried IF Icardi, IF Muriel, IF Immobile. Just going to have to save for Dybala.

Whoever suggest IF Gomez as CAM is correct, he is a super star, scores some great goals and is fantastic at dribbling.
 
Looking ahead for WL now and I'm thinking about throwing some Real Madrid players into my 4-3-3 (2) hybrid, anyone with an opinion on Modric/Benzema/Pepe/Marcelo?

Also noticed Vidal/Alaba/Robben's prices have gone right down, tempted to get two of them
