Is there not a single formation you like? I pretty much always stay with the same team throughout the year. Just gotta hold back from rage selling, etc. Sometimes the games just out to **** you regardless of what formation/team you have.

No. Yes it really annoys me too. I would say 4321 is my most used formation but I don't really think it suits my play style. I don't even know what my play style is! Using 41212 (2) for now. I'm sure it won't last long!
Surely you know your own playstyle. What kind of players do you like using? How do you score most of your goals? High pressure or sit deep when defending? I'm guessing you prefer to counter like me if you like 4321.

That video is the sort of thing that makes me really struggle to understand competitive Fifa. Assuming you're just holding sprint when you receive it, the game has decided the result by taking a touch you can't possibly defend against. Happens all the time when you're playing balls through to strikers, sometimes they'll take a random worldie touch that nobody sees coming and you just get given a goal because of it.
I counter yeah but I'm just not very good at it!

How do you play on the counter? Do you sit back and hope you get a tackle in, or just keep it simple then when the opposition push forward, you hit them on the break? If you like playing on the counter, the formation I play might be alright for you?

I was looking at this in detail last night and still can't decide what's best. I've had sniper on him for 50+ games and he's been awesome. I'd kill for a shooting/dribbling/pace chemstyle. Might just go with engine, tbh.
I can't decide at all. Been using Hawk since I've had him and he's good with it but I think full based chem style would suit him better.

Sold De Gea, Ramos, Pogba and Neymar during the week and bought Ronaldo yesterday for 1,605,000:
Not too impressed so far after a few games last night, though I was knackered and had a few beers. Will give it another go today. Ronaldo's been good and is on a goal a game but the balance of the team feels wrong. Though this could be the gameplay feeling quite laggy for me in the past week and my own form has been patchy.
My previous team with Neymar (in for Martial) played better:

am guessing your on xbox for him(ronaldo) to be that cheap. sucks being on pc think i might go back to console next fifa. he was over 3m last i looked and that was a while back. your front 3 would easy cost 6m on pc roughly. nice team btw looks great.
