if you're going to declare something like that then it might be better to cite what you're basing it on as the picture certainly doesn't look like a fake

Quite unusual how it's not become clear what has gone on so far. All that many people there you'd expect someone to have been an eyewitness.

Lot of people ringing the radio with various stories of noise and smoke but nothing concrete.
