The balloons seem to have exacerbated the pandemonium after the initial "bang".

If there really was no actual bomb, then it means that the fatalities have been caused by people's hysteria, and this is exactly what I warned against literally 3 days ago. Just the mere threat of terrorism, has may have killed people!
