there is no way he had any skin condition
he did have a skin condition, this has been documented, though no one is claiming he didn't also engage in bleaching or that his skin condition was completely to blame for this (rather it might have been the motivation for him to try bleaching or it might have been triggered by the bleaching(?))

i can't see the picture above but i reckon i know who it is from comments. she has been like that since birth. jackson was completely black for his first couple of decades on the planet.
About half show the disorder before age 20 and most develop it before age 40.
Yea he seemed to loose the plot some time around the mid 80s.
his whole body got whiter and whiter because he used skin bleaching cream - that he did that doesn't mean he didn't also have this condition
