So FIA Stewards get the penalty wrong, when they handed him a drive through (which he did) and so they give him an additional 10 second penalty?

W..T...F?!

Unless they meant to give him a stop/go penalty, that's seriously ****ed up, although, if they did, it's still ****ed up.

Kvyat gets an extra penalty for his failure to regain position during the formation lap, having already served a drive through, no wonder his urine is boiling!

And Vettel pits. No, I'm colourblind, Alonso pits. ;)

But Vettel sounds like he wants to pit, asking if others are expected to pit again. Well no Seb, nobody else pitted for supersofts on lap 5, your strategy is screwed, they should have given you yellow softs on lap 5.

yes presumably they meant to give him stop/go, but I think that is ridiculous considering his car stalled, he gained no advantage by not catching by the end of the lap and he was also blocked from getting away from other teams pit crews getting off the track. Ridiculous penalty full stop, he was penalised by being further back than he should have been and some of it not his or his teams fault. Giving him another penalty is disgraceful.

And finally Seb/Ferrari see sense... Take your bad strategy medicine, worst case all square with Lewis at the end.

Hm seems like they figured that they wouldnt go to the end of the race. Kimi could catch the Force Indias

As above, not sure this will be a bad strategy come the end. Ferrari could be silly fast at the end and these guys are hanging it out too long to pit a second time without losing out to Ferrari.
