Fires are strange things I'd say small chance some of the top might have been possible to survive at but large chance of not.
I don't think anyone is under any illusions about May's ability to have a "nice chat" or "meaningful interaction" with another human being.
But she did meet the residents....
Corbyn met them friday she met them saturday.
So who is responsible for allowing the Lifeboats to be installed on the ship?
The whole reason the situation was Chaotic was in fact the lack of leadership May displayed. She even admitted this herself.
I will listen to counter argument. But everyone I have read is so wafer thin its pretty pathetic tbh.
That was too easy BTW...
can we all stop pretending that May could have just rocked up and had a nice chat (or indeed any sort of meaningful interaction) with the locals and everyone would have said "wow actually May's such a nice personable individual whoose just so emphatic".
Even the labour mayor, Sadiq Khan didn't manage to visit the site without getting heckled and having a bottle thrown at him.
hell I am willing to bet that some people would have been straight on social media if she had tried an uncontrolled visit to see the people affected saying how insensitive May would have been to try and act caring by 'pretending' to care given that its *obviously* the fault of her personally and the Tories in general (we don't need an sort of enquiry to establish what actually happened - the 'people' demand rapid 'justice') and of course saying that the abuse and most likely violence inevitably directed towards her was fully justified and that she was totally irresponsible to divert the resources of the emergency services to rescue her whilst they were still dealing with the immediate consequences of the fire having probably been working such long hours......
May could not have had a 'quick chat' with anyone in the circumstances proposed

Forget the analogy it's silly. While the advice to stay in your flat was sound initially and is standard procedure, I believe it should have been changed after thirty minutes once it became clear that it was spreading rapidly.
Why it wasn't until it was too late should be investigated, perhaps no one is to blame or there were poor communications.
Oh I must have missed the episode where after a person demonstrably avoided answering a question and then offered a direct remote diagnosis of autism to the person asking the question, his "friend" Paxman pops in to allude to a different diagnosis that includes self aggrandising (to get under someones skin) and then when the irony of being a (unqualified presumably) internet Dr making diagnosis online is pointed out to him, especially reference to Self Aggrandising behaviour of their own, cryptically talks of imaginary psychology students that will find it fun and then rapidly disappears having refused to discuss the implications of their own behaviour.
Not really Paxman (not that I'm much of a fan of his) and hardly under my skin. Interesting you now chime back in to "correct" details of what your allusions at diagnosis are, are you a member of the BACP?
Council still being utterly *****.
Shocker.
We should really find a better system than the council system, it's clearly unfit for the modern society.
The head of our government cannot hide because she might get some abuse. Sadiq got abuse, but he still went, thats what leaders do.

A lot of words to type "I don't like Corbyn". It's not at all as if London doesnt need property controls like Vancouver or rent controls in general?
Nah, COMMIES!
