Hamiltons graphic showed he braked middle of the corner from what I saw.

I don't think Vettel deliberately turned into him, he was waving his arm about in anger and I think lost control however he should never have pulled alongside in the first place and should be punished for what happened.

That proves it. Hamilton did brake a touch exiting the corner but then coasted for a few yards before Vettel hit him. Didn't slam the brakes on.
