Regards colour, at £450 you have to like it, right? Which is why I personally haven't pre-ordered the day one Scorpio edition, much prefer the looks of the standard one.

HDR has not hit monitors properly yet. Better off waiting or get a TV with HDR 10.
But is standard one going release same day??I'm actually surprised someone bit

I'm after a monitor for the XBOX X I've currently got a decent monitor but want a 4k one. After looking around I'm thinking it might be best to wait? maybe till next year?
This is what I was after
-4k
-27"
-Freesync
-HDR
Any advice?
Are the controllers rechargeable without buying a pack
Cheeky!I was only joking after all the talk of the colour of the thing, but thank's![]()
Yeah! They are announcing pre-orders for it next monthBut is standard one going release same day??
Cheers dude. I'll just sit tight and wait till next year. There is nothing worth considering at the moment so either wait until next year or buy a HDR tv.

I’ll give you that one lolDepends on what colour it is.
Depends on what colour it is.
Thing is you can preorder standard edition next month same day launch?Like the 'day one' edition, I wouldn't bank on there being any better retained value from a Project Scorpio edition, I just pre-ordered as I want to play on the latest console and like the fact there are many current games getting an X1X 'enhancement', so I can replay a few games with better IQ, especially things like Destiny 2, which judging by the PC Beta I was playing last night, certainly look much nicer on better hardware.. (30fps on consoles aside).
I think bungie have come out and said destiny 2 won't be improved on the one X?Like the 'day one' edition, I wouldn't bank on there being any better retained value from a Project Scorpio edition, I just pre-ordered as I want to play on the latest console and like the fact there are many current games getting an X1X 'enhancement', so I can replay a few games with better IQ, especially things like Destiny 2, which judging by the PC Beta I was playing last night, certainly look much nicer on better hardware..
