'Incident' on Tube - District Line

His quick to call it out when it's not a right-wing / nationalist terrorist !!
The blokes an utter idiot with zero integrity, an embarrassment to America
The more worrying thing is that he has clearly just tweeted information from our government/police that hasn't been released to us publicly yet

Clearly you'd have guards to make sure they were being properly used but due to cuts there probably aren't enough staff to do that. Also if you tried to skip it, that would make you look very suspicious and I am sure people would report that straight away.

To have staff watch EVERY single passenger going through the ticket machines would be both logistically and financially impossible.
With all due respect your idea of a bomb scanning machine at every tube station is as ridiculous as it is unpractical

Well you'd have CCTV as they do now. I get it's unpractical, I'm just trying to come up with solutions.

I do think the reduction in Police may have contributed to this.

Air ports do ok.

What the hell are people doing filming it so close and standing in front of the tube doors!?

If for one minute I thought there was a possible bomb/explosive device on fire ~6 away from me i'd be off in the opposite direction, not standing next to the doors for a nosy, what's wrong with people?

That's usually the safest place to be in case of secondary devices along the escape route.

I'm going to guess you two have never used the London tube network because if you had you would realise how ridiclous this suggestion is, it's not just impractical its nearly impossible. 5million people use the tube each day.

wow just wow, logical thinking has gone out the window I see.

Not only are there far less airports, and thus more passengers to staff needed, do you want to turn up an hour before your train and strip everything out your pockets.

what a ridiculous post.

"There are two factors the airlines use to determine their recommendations on how early you should show up at the airport before any flight: the time it takes for a checked bag to get to the plane from the counter and how long it takes a passenger to get to the gate from the counter. (The airlines see a lot of passengers giving them a huge data set with which to base these times.) It turns out the total time between the two have varied over time, they have remained equal to one another over time."

Acid being silly again...

Look at who posted it. I expect nothing less from him (I'll stop there before he goes running to mom & dad again).

Thank god these guys are as useless as they are, I suspect this device could've done some serious damage if detonation went off as intended.

yet again you post something unrelated, your post was ridiculous and you back it up with another ridiculous post that doesn't say anything.

Sounds like a failed sodium chlorate or hydrogen peroxide bomb, possibly failing because the muppet used a plastic tub to contain the chemical reaction & pressure.

Gotta be grateful for the lack of competence of the attackers.

This really, same with the Barcelona incident, that could have been a lot worse and was only predicated on the fact that the ring leader blew himself up a few days before, taking out all their explosives
