and just ignore the fact someone has destroyed a part of their garden? admittedly suing should be the last resort if the van company doesn't make reparations for the damage.Really?
Suing over some grass... jesus friggin christ...
"get a grip" would be my advice.
how so? please explain/clarify?Neighbors sound like chancers.
Just felt some responsibility since the sofas were being delivered to my house but good advice. It's winter. Just tell them to leave it and it will recover next spring. It's a bit of grass ffs..........some people! If they want compensation, they can pursue it, nothing to do with you.
Quoting myself after seeing the photo. Yup neighbours are chancers!and just ignore the fact someone has destroyed a part of their garden? admittedly suing should be the last resort if the van company doesn't make reparations for the damage.
how so? please explain/clarify?
Surely they could just fork that up a bit to basically lift it where it's been compressed.
Life's too short to worry about this. It'll recover on its own.
Go and put two circular dents above the tyre track, then fill with soil and seed with buttercups. In spring he'll have a big yellow sad face.
I was on the neighbours side until I saw the pic! Yes I'd be annoyed if someone did that to my lawn, but the damage is so minor it's not worth the hassle.
