PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS - Thread

"You don't know the actual figures except for the sub count physically shown on his stream, or the publicly verified amount each sub earns, honest!"

I see why people say you just talk crap to wind people up. :D

because you do not know the actual figures or money earnt.so what happens is people just guess.no one actually knows how much he earns.its happened before with massive youtubers it always will.also there are other factors which many wont know about.spam accounts dead accounts blah blah media accounts.fake accounts being made to boost popularity may not be being paid for eg.

for eg you just shown above 1 million quid.youtube earnt him 30,000 that aint 2 million.people just guessing at figures.he earns a lot we just dont know how much.

as said previously he is the best person i seen at pubg just not entertaining.docs better at that.

Why are you talking about Youtube when everyone else is talking about Twitch?

These cheaters are seriously ******* me off lately. In the below video, I'm in the house peeking the side of a window on the opposite side of the box this guy runs up behind. I say sweet, this is a gimme kill since he has nowhere to go. He turns on his aim bot and I'm head-shot at about 15 yards peeking the side of a window before the top of his head even breaks the box on my screen.

And no, you cannot blame a messed up kill-cam, even shroud couldn't no-scope un-crouch head-shot someone peeking the side of a window 15 meters away in 1 millisecond. It is hilarious, if you watch it at 1/4 speed, you can actually see his crosshairs lock onto me and track me as he hides behind the crate.
100% confirmed Solo-FPP aimbot cheater.

I wouldn't trust shroud being legit either tbh.

Anyone else having issues with the sea rendering in really bad ? on my screen its like really blurred out ! I have my settings on ultra and the water effects never change even when lowering the settings ? my guess is its some sort of bug but it does look crap! a few patches ago it looked really nice and blue! now its DARK Blue and blurred.

are you on win 10 and just updated to 1709 build ? many people are having issues with it screwing up colour / monitor profiles. the worst thing is if you not on win 10 pro you cant stop the update.

DG the top, top, streamers are earning those large figures. They just turn out to be quite savvy and are saving/investing their money because they know their twitch popularity can change so quickly.

A lot of them are grinding twitch streams like online poker players were grinding pokerstars a few years back.

i think the thing is many people are naive and dont understand the shady side of media aswell . what some do to get promoted to the top. without clear laid out figures you cant say how much someone is earning.its a stupid debate.

for eg, if someone is promoting someone or people could buying fake accounts to get you up there.twitch themselves could. if they did , how much money would they lose to give accounts ? cost = zero to them.worked in media for over ten years yet people are basing what someone earns off x (whatever it says on his twitch ) what if those figures arent legit ? same goes on with youtube. if you dont know about it or understand it fair enough.just because it says someone has 1,000,000 subs doesnt mean they have 1,000,000 subs.which is what everyone is basing his earnings off. say lambo give doc a lambo so they look cool.people just assume hes paid half a million for it and yet hes paid nothing.twitch buy him a lambo for being the face of twitch to keep him sweet for future business.its not about his earnings yet people are basing it off imaginary figures.it would project him in a bigger way and guess what ? that half a million on a lambo they brought him becomes chump change ! how much extra you think they will earn from his subs alone ! haha. more than half a million. we talking millions !

the funny thing is many people who are big have highlighted how they have done similar on reddit or whatever in the past to get a leg up to get noticed.for all we know there could be hundreds of thousands of dead accounts not even people.if some company or invested person wants a media person noticed they pay and that person will be media propery.it happens all the time all the adverts you see.

so yes shroud is great probably the best pubg player on the planet.i just dont agree with figures about his earnings because only him and whoeever does his finances know what he earns.not anyone here.please dont reply its boring.

@~>Dg<~ I'm confused as to why you're ignore the data stated by multiple media outlets, gaming websites, reddit (yes, take with a pinch of salt), forums and even shroud himself. As of today he has 1,905,821 followers and 25,186 subs, with nearly 13 days left in the month, so those figures will only increase.

For arguments sake, let's say he has a consistent 30k subs per month at the lowest tier of $5. I'll also ignore the fact there are other more expensive tiers available and that shroud now averages more than 30k subs a month. 50/50 split the subscription:

30,000 x $2.50 = $900,000 gross

$900k before donations, advertising revenue, YouTube revenue (which will be minimal in the grand scheme), sponsorship, Cloud9 salary and tournaments etc.

How is that hard to grasp?

Enjoying the performance increase after the recent updates. I'm now getting 60-70fps and actaully stand a good chance to come out on top in 1-on-1 fights :).

Performance is like night and day! I can't go back to the full client after putting hours into the test server :)

i get how you are coming to those figures. that is easy to grasp. as is everyones reasoning.i just said what if the " figures " you are getting your workings from are wrong ? then yours and everyone elses figures are wrong. how is that not hard to grasp ?

the whole convo came about as someone stated hes on 2 million a year.when no one can say hes on that much and everyones figures differ.the reason the differ is because no one actually knows ! thats the whole point as to what i was getting at and not one person here can prove that he earns that much. i said its a stupid debate cause it cant be proven.its not even worth talking about as it cant be proven.

how do you know if twitch has not just given him 10,000 subs ? the more subs you have the more popular you become the more you earn.the more popular he is the more subs subscribe the more he earns twitch ! if there is lots of dead accounts he wont earn from them.there for promotion.there for earning being worked out are not correct.

Also in regards to Shroud. Yes he has streamed in the past but at a lower level. This was due to his commitment to Pro CS:GO at the time. He couldn't keep a stream schedule consistent until moving over to PubG and then his streaming base completely blew up in a short space of time. He even spoke briefly about renegotiating his contract with C9 to go full time streamer.
