You do find tho that many of those who drag themselves up initially through hard work, sadly then become completely ruthless in using their wealth to disadvantage others, in order to make more wealth.Life is indeed a hard journey, i've made sure mine is successful through hard work and determination, anyone can succeed, some of the most successful come from the humblest backgrounds, perhaps the difference is they didn't spend hours on end each day moaning about what others had and instead made sure they got it for themselves.
Also i must be the devil reincarnated because i own multiple BTL properties.
Lets just hope the government catch up with all that share trading and BTL activity in the market, pyramid schemes are illegal in the UK after all.
In other words, once you're ahead, your focus changes to how you can ensure you always *stay* ahead, even if that means denying similar opportunities to others than those you yourself had. Eg the baby boomers benefiting from historically low prices and subsequent price inflation, now buying up all the property and becoming BTL landlords. Oh I see you're one of those as well. Quelle surprise.
It happens all too often. People who make money the hard way then want to use their money to make more money, the exploitative way. Because they can't be satisfied with what they have, and become obsessed with more at any cost.
