The most puzzling aspect of that video is how he managed to stay alive with next to zero cover giving himself away every 15-30 seconds. I'd have been instagibbed from 10 different directions.

I appreciate there aren't many players left but even still.

also it's a bit ironic to be calling the guy that killed you a noob.....how many rounds did you fire at him? he also didn't single shot kill you. he had already hit you, hard. guessing your armour/helmet were rinsed. you also kept peeking the same 2 positions. that said, you're probably right that he was a noob. any half decent player would have scalped you in the first 30 seconds of that engagement. your positioning was woeful and all over the place.

why did you even engage him in the first place, your aim is clearly not good enough to be going for those sorts of engagements. play to your strengths, get close, uzi/ump/vector are your weapons of choice when your aim isn't up to it.

nobody in here has said they would have 1 shotted him on the first shot - not that it matters it wouldn't have killed him. you only had an sks.

look at the facts - if you can.....
you posted claiming the sks was guff (I happen to agree with you that it has been nerfed which is why I asked for you to post your video) - i'll highlight that bit so you don't gloss over it and call me a keyboard warrior or whatever
you post a video that doesn't show a nerfed sks
you post a video of a potato aim gun fight (honestly mate that was like watching to fat kids mud wrestle - weird and uncomfortable) - I doubt you are that bad normally as you would absolutely hate the game if you were.....oh wait......
you then post saying you were bored and tired, basically saying you engaged lazily.
so which is it, was it a lazy engagement on your part, so the sks is not actually to blame.
or are you really that pants normally, so the sks is still not really to blame?

I said over ten shots because after hitting him with nine, he still had enough health to take another round. Ya potato aim, that's why he got hit that far away nine times hiding behind a tree the entire time at that distance with a 4x scope. The reason I continued shooting him is his aim was terrible, as seen in 9 vs 2 shots. I simply made a mistake and peeked 10ms too long, I'll admit that error. The whole point was to show how little damage the SKS can do and how easy it is to out heal it. Over ten hits... Even if I headshot him he had a level 2 helmet on so it could possible changed nothing. So now we are up to getting two headshots with a 4x SKS versus an 8x M24.

If you aren't familiar with that location, it's in an open field so you cannot out-maneuver him. Especially when there was another guy with a Kar98 shooting me at a 90 degree angle to the M24 guy. It was either take him out with the SKS or just sit there and camp/wait for the circle to push him. As someone who has won upwards of 1/4 of the Solo-FPP games I was in last season before I started crashing constantly, I think I'll take play tips from randoms on a message board with a grain of salt. The point of the video was lack of SKS damage.
 
It's a terrible way to show lack of damage because he had enough time to go behind a tree and get a first aid kit every time he got hit (in the leg!!!).

You can carry tons of meds so I'm not sure why you are even surprised that a guy can heal up between hits?

how many shots did you fire to land your 9. I guarantee it was more than 4.5 times the number the m24 guy fired. defend it all you want, deflect it all you want, cry, moan and change your story all you want, for whatever reason, you aim was absolutely awful. you didn't peek 10ms too long, you were doomed to failure the moment your shots were hitting the ground and the guys legs and arms rather than his helmet/vest.

the point of the video was lack of sks damage - yes that's what the point of it was meant to be, sadly it's not what it shows. all that the video shows is someone with an sks with very poor aim trying to shoot at someone with an m24, who also has very poor aim.

please don't take anything with a pinch of salt mate, your tears are already salty enough. time and time again you come into this thread moaning about something or other, then get called out/found out. it's happened again. and will keep happening as long as you keep wearing the blinkers.

the game's clearly not for you and that's a shame, I feel sorry for you. honestly. it's clear you want to play the game and enjoy it but for whatever reasons you can't, be that lack of skill and ability or just down right stubbornness on your part to not be able to ignore the games flaws. move on mate, you're only going to give yourself an ulcer.

how's escape from tarkov working out for you?

I have never said I am a master, where have I said that. quote it too me, link me to where I have claimed that? I'm gash at the game but I have fun. I also know my weaknesses. you clearly don't.

have at it and take a look at my stats all you want. that doesn't take away from the fact the video you posted purely and simply shows you had (have) potato aim in that engagement. even if I was a master, what's looking at my stats going to teach you?? you're deflecting again. count how many people have replied and pointed out your aim was at fault or your positioning.

I'm baffled Vega - have you not read the comments in here from a variety of people? You messed up that engagement, that's all. Nothing wrong with that! It's a game and things don't go well (often for me!). The issue is you chose a really bad example video to try and show the SKS as a bit pants.

The point of the video wasn't to show me "messing up", it was to show how little damage the SKS can do. He's the one who started with "potato/very poor aim/lack of skill and ability" yet has a significantly worse performance record. I'll introduce you to a little word called "irony".

rule number one is not to blame your tools for shoddy work.
Rule number 2 is don't make up rules but then you won't be able to follow that rule as most of what you post is made up as you go along.
You ballsed the engagement up, not the sks. Post whatever drivel you want to try and cover it up. Deflect however you want. Makes no difference to me. The video you posted clearly shows you potatoed the engagement. Not the nerfed sks that I had hoped to see.
