but what im saying, is it worth the things you do for the person? because after all the things you did for that certain person, it can easily go downhill..

Yes cos you are helping them. If times change you know who stood by you and who let you go. The people who stand beside you are the ones you take notice of and let the ones go who let you go. Hard to explain unless you have been in the situation.
