Given up watching qualifying live will fast forward it once it's done, shame Hamilton's out he'll have to do some damage control again tomorrow but with the issues Merc are starting to have can see Ferrari taking everything this year.

Is it really "reliability issues" if he throws it off the track and breaks it? ;):p

1:11.212 for Vettel then. Pretty sure even without the breakage that Hamilton would not have had anything for that.
 
Bottas/Raikkonen interface once more in turn one whilst Vettel rides off into the sunset.

It could actually be quite an interesting race as the ultra soft is like chewing gum at this track. It might be a one stop for Hamilton and Ricciardo with the frontrunners going US > soft > medium if the tyres they start on only last a few laps.

Well indeed but you know it’s still going to happen.
Either that or into turn 2/3 (where it turns from the ‘old’ track) with a kamikaze move...

They could I suppose, but the Ultras weren't lasting very long in P2, so it would be a long time to run just the mediums for the rest of the race.

It depends how warm it is I guess.
