I can't really believe a 2080 would really be faster than a Titan V, but we have benches pointing towards it:

Raster means rasterization. Just ATAA is raytracing. A Quadro RTX6000 ist 50% faster than a TV. So a new 50% faster Titan should come in the next months. As the big chip usually is 40-45% faster than the small chip, it would point to a 2080 at ~TV speed.
Probably just a special case, but even if a 2080 reaches a TV in some games, it would be great.
