It has flexibilty but a 2080ti would not be enough. TN 1080p 240hz is not bad apart from a blue bottom tint and viewing angles (solved in upcoming NXG251) and it is IQ wise now there with Dell IPS of old like the 2007 is what i owned. So you Gaytrace at 1080p then 4K DSR other games with 0% smoothing.
So what i thought was probably the best experience in gaming for me was running Rocket League and Overwatch etc at 4K 240hz Gsync and they all combined and workeed. Really apart from the TN its god tier but the 1080p RT would still need 120fps to be smooth. So you would need to power RT 1080p with some AA because 4K utterly spoils you.
