What PC games are you playing?

Seems to be lots of ppl going back to BF1. Is there a reason?

I just bought the standard game for £9.99. Not played it since it came out (trial). Should I have got premium for £15 (in hindsight a no brainer) but is there a mode that people like?

I've currently got Dead Cells and Kingdom Come on the go, but not really in to either of them tbh.

I will get Assassin's Creed Odyssey at some point, but don't fancy it atm.

Anyone played Battle Chasers? Looking on steam it looks really good, and just my kind of game. Any recommendations?

I dont think so, Black Mesa we have now is good enough, sometimes when they remake a older game with flashy graphics, a lot of the charm goes away.

Im playing a lot of Destiny 2 at the moment. I was a big fan of D1 and then cancelled my preorder of D2 on the PC. When i saw the changes they have made in D2 forsaken i snapped it up for 35 quid with all the DLC and im so happy that i did. There is a crazy about of content and the story is pretty dam cool as well!

I've some how become addicted to playing Fallout Shelter... I saw it on the android app store and thought i'd try it out, then after 20 mins i'd downloaded it on Steam. Now I have racked up like 50 hours some how, although a lot of that is just idling it while browsing and occasionally checking back.

It has also made me want to get back into Fallout 4 and go exploring the wasteland when i go to the stage of doing quests and sending dwellers out into the wastes. I think I have left my Fallout playthrough too long to go back to now, so it might be time to start from scratch. I wish that Fallout NV mod was finished as i'd play that instead.

Whilst I'm in a Metroidvania mood, I thought I'd check out Hollow Knight as it was part of the Humble Monthly bundle.

Please don't tell me you have to fight that big boss with just the starting gear. That seems to be the only thing that's left for me to do. I've mostly been going round collecting the currency thing and spending it all on upgrading the map.

Later on you will laugh in the face of anyone who suggests The False Knight is hard:D

Tbh, just keep moving and wait for opportunities(there are plenty) to get a hit in. Believe me, you will re-read your post one day and shake your head!

Cripes. So that's what I have to do now to progress further? I'm not very good at these Dark Souls type of scenarios. I like to stand and bash "HIT" without too much thinking. :p

I rage quit more than once after attempting a boss thinking it was impossible. Thing you have to remember is all attacks have tells, so once you know an attack is coming you know where to be in order to get a hit in. The False Knight for example, that shock wave he does, you jump over it get a hit in then get out of his range

Yeah I could manage the shock wave thing but when he does that jump-hit to knock 2 health off I was buggered. I'll keep trying but having a rest for now.

Ha! Did it first time in my second session. It was pretty easy if you take your time and watch for the attack animation starts to see what he is going to do.

Nice one. You'll probably go through this with most bosses!
Never despair though. There is a way past all of them... Though I could never beat Nightmare King Grimm!
