You can use pretty much any method to win games below that. For example, division 4 and below with Ibra is just shoot from anywhere.

Pace has always been lethal with the new powerful cards with crazy shooting stats. Defenders won't track runners unless you are running with the ball. If you play a through pass they let the runner through.

Then you are either in a position to shoot if in the middle of the pitch or play a cross on the wing. Both will be goal scoring chances.

The other thing that is easy to score from is long shots. Just smash a shot at goal when you get a chance most times it will go in. So long as you aren't under pressure and you hit it with power.

You give far to much respect to EA that they know what they're doing, you also are to complimentary of higher rated players too, the biggest gripe with this game by players is things like a player with 95 passing can't hit a player from 5 yards away or someone with amazing shooting can't score a 1 on 1. Amazing players aren't the answer, you as a player controlling them are.
 
Getting shafted by this game tonight, so many undeserved losses in WL.

Played as many as I can, got to 11 wins, 5 losses, I don't think I deserved any of them, game kept giving ridiculous penalties, argh!

Struggling with crespo as a single striker now managed to get on alright with him when I play someone just behind or up top with him. Im tempted to get sbc pavon so I can start with tevez up top and crespo just behind. Then switch in game

For once I'd agree with you Andy :p I played with a "god squad" and then played with an average squad over TOTY results were still the same gold 2 or gold 1. With an average squad the only difference was you had to work harder for your wins and take zero chances. With the better players you can take more chances use skill moves etc.

Thats not bad Andy you'd have finished on around 22 wins if you had played all your games...

He does talk a fair amount of tripe, but higher rated players do make a big difference. Fuji is a good example with his.normal squad he usually get 23 wins and with his mega squad he gets 27+. It won't make you an amazing player but I do feel you get given the cheesy bounces and goals if your team is superior to the other. Ronaldo for example wins everything, latches on to every ball and makes your goal keeper appear to have no hands.
 
Shock horror that more expensive players that are high rated play better than cheap players.

Therefore making you better at the game.

I would say the difference is like using the best guns in a game compared to the crap guns. In csgo a decent player will play well with any gun however if he uses the best guns (ak,m4, awp) then he will play better. If he decides to use a bizon he will lose challenges he would have won with an ak or m4. However that doesn't mean he can't kill anyone with a bison.

This should be obvious to anyone.

Got to gold then stopped. Won't be playing this weekend thank God.

Managed to scrape enough coins for skrinrar.

I now have an 86 rated keeper, 86 rated cam and 87 rated cb I need to use in an sbc but I now have 5k coins for the rest. Hoping for a decent 84/85 rated sbc soon.

I keep meaning to, his 90 card is down to about 800k now which is really tempting, but at the same time, my 3 CMs (Hagi, Pogba and Futmas Matuidi/CL Fabinho) and doing a good enough job as it is, might go RTTF Fabinho instead, although after last night that card could be staying as it is!

Yeah, I do agree, there are just some players that are ridiculously difficult to play against but you can probably count them on one hand. All these young stars, 88+ Icons, Messi etc tend to perform no better NIF jobbies. I'm sure for the really good player like Fuji, those little changes will grind out a couple more wins.

Sonny, keep going on about higher rated players then compares 78 Caceres to Baresi etc, make your mind up ffs!

If you are using pacey players with lethal shooting or then abusing a cross mechanic then it's a goal every time.

SBC Vardy for instance is lethal on through balls because of his pace and shooting then you can boost him with a chem style.
 
Veron is one of those who carries a presence in game but doesn't seem to do anything exceptionally well, a bit like Ballack when I've tried him, his stats suit a more forward role but his workrates, agility and balance affect him and defensively there are better choices.

Veron would give everyone full chem, any non argentian icon would mean 1 player on 8 chem. Or using Pogba/Kante would mean 3 players on 7/8 chem
