Just take the testicular cancer approach to star citizen, check once a month for a few minutes to see what's going on. 
Tbh when i upgrade middle of the year i may jump back to dabbling occasionally to keep myself more in the loop but to be honest ive kinda not bothered with SC for about 18 months
