MP's are in a position of power. They are supposed to be moral and just (yeah i know).

I want this woman gone, not because she's black, not because of her salary and not because she's a woman. I want her gone because she's a liar and representing the people.

I will be signing that petition as soon as i can.

You need to live in her area do you not? As in not just anybody can sign it. You may already know this but just in case anyone else didn't.

It may be best you talk to people in your area too about it and get them to sign too.

These people are put in a position of trust. Had a doctor defied patient confidence and disclosed medical history they would be gone, etc. I don't see why MP's are above these standards.

May lied, Boris lied, most of cabinet have lied. If lying means you lose your job as an MP then we wont have any.

I do live in her area, got a letter about it a couple of days ago.

Me and the Mrs will make sure we sign the petition asap.

Lying to the police and then lying to the court is a bit different.

It's an open and shut case, you'd think being a lawyer she would realise that but she doesn't sound too intelligent...

Isn’t it - using skin colour (in context) - also descriptive?

Or are we heading to the stage where trying to describe a non white person in a room full of whites becomes a contest of using every descriptive word you can think of bar the obvious one? - tbh I think as a society we're already heading that way.

Or am I now deemed a racist for asking the question?

She won't accept responsibility and is continuing to lie, the best we can do/hope for is that enough of her constituents sign that petition.

Oh I agree she should lose her job. Its the comment that so should other MP's who are lying should as well. I was pointing out we would have very few MPs left if lying got you kicked out.
