I fell into the trap AGAIN. I’m sat here thinking that it’s building and building into something great and it never happened.
I was hoping for so much more from Baku![]()

What I don't get is how sky sports always saying Ferrari have the faster car, how they are 1.5s faster in fp3, how they were faster in testing...the thing is Mercedes never show their true pace until it truly matters, are these guys really this delusional????? Mercedes have the faster package overall, if anyone says otherwise they are deluded.
They have always been gullible. Toro Rosso could set purple sectors in Fp1 and they’ll talk about podiums, it’s just amplified when it’s a top 3 team. What I don't get is how sky sports always saying Ferrari have the faster car, how they are 1.5s faster in fp3, how they were faster in testing...the thing is Mercedes never show their true pace until it truly matters, are these guys really this delusional????? 2/10. What actually happened? Usual big up for the end - oh wait, the fastest tyre isn’t fast under race conditions.

Wolff came out this week and openly said that Merc don’t run their engines at full range until Q3 whereas Ferrari seem to run them like that all the time. Then again, this is Sky... they’ve dropped massively in competence since losing competition with the BBC.
Christian Horner questioned the commentators data and theories multiple times over the weekend too. They have always been gullible. Toro Rosso could set purple sectors in Fp1 and they’ll talk about podiums, it’s just amplified when it’s a top 3 team.
