Great drive from Bottas.

Ferrari need to do something, new strategist to start with maybe. But it’s too easy for Mercedes at the moment.

Doesn’t help that Gasly sucks, even less competition up front.

What I don't get is how sky sports always saying Ferrari have the faster car, how they are 1.5s faster in fp3, how they were faster in testing...the thing is Mercedes never show their true pace until it truly matters, are these guys really this delusional????? Mercedes have the faster package overall, if anyone says otherwise they are deluded.

Mercedes play the game well too. Always the ‘underdogs’ - keeps the FIA off their back.

They have always been gullible. Toro Rosso could set purple sectors in Fp1 and they’ll talk about podiums, it’s just amplified when it’s a top 3 team.

Wolff came out this week and openly said that Merc don’t run their engines at full range until Q3 whereas Ferrari seem to run them like that all the time. Then again, this is Sky... they’ve dropped massively in competence since losing competition with the BBC.

Haha,

Hamilton sayong he was far too nice to Bottas in the first corner, "pretty much gave it to him'.

Bet he won't do that again in the future then.

Poll added. Considering how good Baku has been in previous years I expected action but literally nothing happened.

I don’t envy the job of the highlights package video editors tonight. Perhaps they’ll consider using some footage from 2018 on the sly.

2/10. What actually happened? Usual big up for the end - oh wait, the fastest tyre isn’t fast under race conditions.

So how was fastest lap set on the fastest tyres?

Ferrari messed up the strategy yet again, did not bring Leclerc in early enough to get benefit of soft tyres at the end.

So true.

Christian Horner questioned the commentators data and theories multiple times over the weekend too.

Crofty is just a hype guy and doesn’t really seem to know much of what’s happening.
