Nice. So they’re going to offer compensation. My tariffs only £4 a month so I’ll hardly be in the money lol

bbc.co.uk said:Another said: "I'm a full-time carer for my disabled mother. We're both on Virgin Mobile. You've crippled my day with this outage."
Because it came with a new iPhone. Tariffs always dirt cheap when you buy an expensive phone with it on contract. How comes so cheap?![]()
Yep. In that situation I’d always have a backup PAYG on a different network just in case.Stuff like this from the article annoys me:
If it is so important don't rely on a single point of failure... try as well as they might no service is going to be able to guarantee 100% uptime.

Please give one of our team a call on 789 from your Virgin Mobile phone or 0345 6000 789* from any other phone and we'll do our best to help
*Please note standard charges apply. Please check with your network operator for rates.
Check your data usage on the phone to see what's uses your data.
It doesn’t have a daily breakdown, there is no way i have used 2gb in an hour browsing here and reddit.
If you login on the Virgin Mobile site it should have a usage breakdown under the billing section at the bottom.
EDIT: Won't tell you what app used the data but might help to see how much was used at what time, etc.
