I don't think they will punish max for that, he was ahead at the time of contact, and they all run to the line on that corner.
It was his corner on that basis.
It's tough racing, but the moment Leclerc let him dive inside he was in trouble.

The thing is if it had been a wall or gravel Leclerc would have simpy braked and fed in behind, drivers are only keeping their foot down because they know there's a run off to run onto. These problems are created by the circuits.
