Why does Broad sometimes deliver at nigh on 90mph then the next spell he's lobbing it down at a military 83?
Disappointing first test, didn't think they'd win so quickly in the 4th but then capitulation is hardly unheard of.
Hoping for some improvement at least. Wonder which heads will roll...
Best plan for Smith is to stop booing him, as I don't think the Australian psyche allows for anything other than resilience and obstinacy in the face of that kind of taunting.

Very probably because those players aren't involved in this match, or any match from recent memory. However whilst we're on the subject, had we had this conversation 14 years ago I'd be saying the same thing, they'd be done for life if it was up to me.
A nick behind and not walking is a completely different scenario, as is every other scenario you've given. You're comparing apples to oranges.

Over a quarter of the Australian 11 are proven filthy cheats, fact.
One is premeditated and an intent to cheat, the other is in the moment. Either way that's something the Umpire should see and give out, it's not Broad's place to give himself out.
It's a bit like football, would I ban someone for life for diving? Of course not. Would I ban someone for life for match fixing? Too right I would.

Finding McBains comments amusing in all honesty lol. Extremely butthurt that England were beaten by the Aussies who played much better cricket over 5 days than what England conjured up.
Fact is both Warner and Smith have served their punishment, time to let it go.
The bottom line is it will never be 'let go', all three will always have an asterisk against their names and that's the way it is. Rightly so.

Isn't it obvious from the number of DRS reviews that overturn refused appeals for caught that quite often the batsman doesn't know they have hit it ? They can't all be hoping that no review is called.......can they ?
