I complained about the staff letting me eat my own food? Where did I say that? I put it to you that you have a vivid imagination, and see things that others don’t, because the things don’t exist.
I don’t know what I’ve posted to rattle your chain, but on what do you base your assertion that I won’t be around long?
I appreciate your concern, but first of all, I didn’t have a “serious” heart condition, it turned out to be a blood clot, that was dispersed with what was described to me as a clot busting injection.
This had weakened a heart muscle, so I was hospitalised for 5 nights for observation.
Second of all, I don’t eat “fatty” foods, period, no chips, no burgers, no sweets, sugar, or candy, and I put low fat spread on bread, (which I rarely eat.)
The dishes that my wife fetched in, were grilled sea bass, peas, carrots, and haricots verts, salad Niçoise, bouillabaisse, and ratatouille, any potatoes were boiled, none baked.
At 79, I still do a one mile walk per day, and fluctuate between 69 and 71 kilos, so I’m not doing bad.
