Best 4 Door Coupe?

If you really want style over substance just spend £10k on a low powered Audi A5 Black Edition with the optional large wheels.

If I was 21, living at home and loaded AF for my age a CLA would be the last thing I’d be looking at.

MX-5 RF? 200bhp Alfa Romeo Giulia? 1.5t Focus ST line or maybe the full fat 2.3 ST?

Right I’ll say this once and I don’t have to justify what I spend my money on:

I live at home. Save over 2K a month. Go on holiday several times a year. Don’t spend on anything else.

There are savings accounts that pay 5% interest that generate more money than the loan. Going through a loan means my money works for me, and I already have several YEARS worth of emergency buffer to cover me in loan payments.

Now for the last time. Not looking for finance advice from people that save less money than me. Here looking for car advice.

If you don’t have any car advice, don’t bother posting. I don’t have time for smart ass keyboard warriors.

When you go on a date and invite a girl back. She's looks at the flash car albeit in poverty spec and asks are we going back to yours. "No darling you can stay in my bedroom at my parents house".

You save a lot of money a month because you leach off your parents.

Also when I walk down the street and see a "premium marque" car in the absolute poverty spec 9 times out of 10 the person behind the wheel is a desperate individual.

No way would I be spending 30k on a car at 21. Save towards a house, you won't regret that.

Isn't a 4 door coupe an oxymoron anyway? Coupe's are two door surely?

The behaviour on this forum is absolutely disgusting. Come back here when you gain some self respect.

Yea it's not a real coupe with 4 doors and rear seats usable by people with legs.

But people like to pretend these days, so we have "coupes" which are really saloon cars, then with M or AMG badges all over it too of course :P

IDK, i like my 4 coupe...the rear seats can actually take adults... :P

Yeah SUVC’s! I still don’t get the SUV term TBH.
Hatchback on stilts sounds kinda lame.
SAVs as BMW calls em :O

I can only lol. I can't understand not wanting money advice, car ownership and FINANCING a car IS money advice. Stacks of cash but wants cheap insurance? No mention of mileage, driving done, any other requirements?

Buy a CLA180. Love the badge it wears and do not go into the outside lane on the motorway. Enjoy doing 60. It's a Merc.

Also now I think about, I'm sure there's some kind if irony of a programmer calling others keyboard warriors:D. You could go for an older nicer car, I bought a 911 at 23 for 14 grand and the insurance was 'only' 1100 quid. Far far nicer to drive than a cla, although will look pretty dated. They're pretty safe too, quite hard to wheelspin unlike most rwd cars.

If you have saved that much, go and buy the car outright.

The car you want is crap. Absolutely boring.

LOL :p

I have actually been in a similar situation.

At the age of 25 I moved back in with my parents, was saving significantly more than 2k a month and went out and bought a nearly new Audi TTS outright.

Fast forward.... I’m 33 own 2 properties and have a wife and 2 children now... oh and drive a 9yr old Audi TTS

Best bet, Cupra Coupe. Proper power, 2 doors.
I wouldn't put that much money for a 1.3 l engine, regardless of the badge.
For similar money a bought the A200d, which is practical, economical and have some grunt. Not a hot hatch, clearly, but adequate.

If you want a Mercedes 4 door Coupe that badly then put the £2k a month you're saving into one of these : AMG GT Coupe. 640bhp Should give you some kudos on the Forums :D
