VAR really is pretty terrible. I think it could ruin the game. United get 2 soft penalties particularly the first one but can't score either. What is the rule about goalies moving off their line before the kick is taken? I sweat Krul was well off his line in both of them - not excusing Rashfords lame effort but the rules of the game seem very inconsistently applied. Anyway only McTominay has been any good so far today.

I concur, I'd be bringing the Ox on at half time. Not that I expect Klopp to do that. I expect Klopp to sub Ox on in the 81st min
