They're not RIS images, he used the wrong name. Hell, the image itself is labelled FidelityFXI didn't quote your post, I was speaking to 4k who posted RIS images with very little different other than with RIS on the character's hair is full of artifacts, yuck!
but this is 4K8K we're talking about so no surprise he can't get even basic things correct.They're also not very good pictures either. Go to the linked OC3D article with the original images and compare with the sliders. The improvement is staggering. The hair is shocking though, but that's down to a conflict with FidelityFX and the intentional blur effect put onto her hair (the article covers it). Bear in mind that FidelityFX is not a driver-level on-or-off filter, it's a graphics dev kit, so it's entirely possible the FidelityFX work with her hair can be modified (or even turned off) to prevent the conflict.
