Animal Crossing: New Horizons

The grind doesn't ever really go away, it's the sort of game where you kind of have to embrace that otherwise it will start to feel like work!
 
I'm finding it nice to just log in once a day and play for an hour or so. It was grindy early on but it's just chill now. I play 100% hand held.
 
Yeah I'm only paying in handheld, found the delay when docked was messing up my timing for catching fish.

Once you've got at the weeds they take a long time to grow back so that's one less grind. Agree with the others, I pop on for a bit, do my daily tasks and maybe a bit of organising/fishing/whatever then I'm done for the day. Sometimes I spend an hour fishing in the evening while watching TV.
 
I have some days where I play more than others. The last few days I've popped online here and there through out the day. I'm also off work due to sickness at the moment so it's at least keeping me distracted.

Held of on some island design, waiting for the 1.2 patch that landed today. Likely will spend a few hours on that later this week :D.
 
I think its just a gamble to be completely honest. Always say no to Redd first and then he'll drop the price then take a gamble :)
 
Redd went from 498,000 to 4,198 when I said no! Nice little addition to the game.

I don't need to tell you how pleased I was when Tom gave me the hedge recipe! And I'm loving the shrubs wtf has happened to me?

Loving these free updates. :)
