The virus survives for significantly less time on surfaces in higher temperatures than in colder temperatures, that's a fact. And it may be part of the reason as to why warmer southern states like Florida are starting to reopen

Complete utter BS lol. If that was the case then explain why countries such as Saudi and other Middle East countries have implemented a lockdown?? It’s pretty damn hot there at the moment, last I checked pretty much all of Saudi is roasting at the moment.

He wasn't working off any of the models for the virus at the time, he was being extremely charitable talking about the wrong sort of disease entirely as the experts and the models even back then strongly suggested he was talking nonsense as no one with any credibility, including those who had been working with it for weeks/months at the time were saying anything of the sort.
