I actually agree. Like I've said, the 3070 and 3080 remind me of 1080Ti and 970. They are going to be super popular. First VGA launch in a long time i've been excited and can see value.

I think the downside is having all the hot air blown into the CPU cooler and heating up the ram, won't be so bad if your running liquid.

Yeah I'm running an AIO, but definitely a good point for those running air cooling

I work closely with the OCUK service team and any issues like this do get escalated to myself and we can review. Realistically our service teams do change, and sometimes the newer team members follow the descriptions too closely. This did happen on one occasion last year and I resolved and sorted.

That's good to hear Asus getting involved. Gigabyte rep has dished out their email to assist along with RMA email . Helps address non OCUK cards on here even though it's OCUK forum.
Recommend you giving out easy contact . Asus bot response here in the past have just given basic replies and general customer service email
EVGA use to do a good job but kind of stopped turning up when their cards caught fire and then double crossed OCUK Pre-orders by going cheaper..
