hey i need help my im reading everyones order number starts with 58 but mines 40, i got my order in at 15:10 when i put my order number into the estimate queue position i was -3840000 now im confused or prob just being dumb

I purely went for the MSI Trio card because it's availability at the time of order (15:25) showed the 18th September. It's pretty frustrating knowing that if I went for a less popular card I could potentially have it sooner, in fact I believe the only reason this card sold the most is because by the time the OC site came back online it was the only card showing the earliest date of availability, bit ******.

One of the clear lessons OC should learn for future releases (and since they have removed the info now hopefully have) is that stating the eta they are expecting to recieve the first stock of an item on the orders page just confuses people. Its clear many people though that was a dispatch/delivery eta for their order, rather than just for the first orders of said model. Honestly OC should maybe look into more dynamic software to run their store, since the reason they went for ETAs rather than the usual stock levels was that takes a minute or two to update. A system that faster, with just levels of "Good", "Limited", "Low" and "Preorder" would pass the same info, and reduce the confusion that occured this time.

Countless overclocking threads and guides and advice are not pointless mate. They have helped loads of people . My thread that became a sticky in Graphics section on flashing gfx cards was not pointless either .
I wish there was a like or upvote system in place on the forums , as I would have upvoted your comment , people like you are an asset to this community , don't feed the trolls :)

checked my order on the website got this number Oc402384* mean anything?
Apparently I'm 264682 in the queue? MSI Ventus, order 4060355

You need the order number starting with a 5, not OC4. It isn't the one listed on the webstore, but will be in both any order confirmation email you recieved, and the "Stock Update" that was emailed out yesterday.

Some of us haven't recieved either email (I was stuck on "Awaiting Payment" till some point last night, I suspect my order confirmation email was lost in the server issues, and the "Stock Update" ones might have only gone out to people in the "Order received - not yet shipped" group), so have no idea what the internal system number might be, only our webstore OC4... number. I just hope my place in the queue is based on order time, not when their payment processor finally caught up ;)

If a few people here with both OC4... and 5... order number want to tell us all but the last couple of digits of both we might be able to see if they are related in the systems.

I think you're forgetting the PS5 and XSX run on AMD CPU's and RDNA 2 not Nvidia tech. Don't think they'll bat an eyelid about this launch.

Not at all, it is a given that they have AMD tech covered because of the consoles, the message was, for the PC market, that isn't enough.

Beyond that I agree, how well or badly this launch went is meaningless to them.
