I doubt it. The price of the 3080 is what most would consider expensive for a GPU already. That and the value of the 3090 as in the money performance ratio is a lot less compared to say the 3080 or the upcoming 3070.
 
I think it might be worth noting that even if you're very high up on the unofficial queue, that will only present you with half the picture because the limiting factor here is deliveries to OCUK. You could very well be first in the queue but get the card far later than someone who is 400 in tbe queue with a different card model. But I doubt it will be this exaggerated.

Hopefully we get the official queue numbers to see where we're at, later today or tomorrow

That's already happening sure. People are getting Giga cards shipped ordered at 2:30 where people who ordered evga, MSI etc much earlier are still waiting
