Depends on game. FS 2020 seems to be quite dependent on CPU

This is true, However a lot of the most popular games I've seen it tested on have not much of a difference, And some no difference at all.

Everyone kicking themselves with 'oh if Id just ordered X id have it by now' should just remind themselves that they had the option of all the cards at the start, and they picked the one they wanted most and fit their budget best, so they're still ultimately getting the one they decided was best for them, which long term is way better

I didn't refresh the page, once it got to 13:55 I had my mouse hovering over "Add to basket" the second it hit 14:00 I clicked.. lol.. Went through with zero problems

Add to basket wasn't an option till 14:00 and you had to refresh to get it, and cool beans calc shows me 9th in line.

There's no way the 3600 is badly bottlenecking the 3080 at 1440p

i wanted the Palit, but becuase the website was so goosed, and the prices kept increasing, it went to over my budget so had to settle for what ever i could get which ended up being the zotac trinity, had to get something with a reference pcb that was at msrp

Unless it's FS2020 I can't see it either. FS2020 is heavily single threaded and might cause a bottle neck on a 3600.

I read that FS2020 used 6 threads, but no more. I'm generally showing GPU bound with my GTX1070 at 1440p, running an [email protected].

New guy here, just ordered my TUF gaming 3080 last night and im beginning to relies how long im going to have to wait to get my gpu. The queue calculator says im around 2500 in line for a tuf gaming gpu and im thinking about cancelling. Can someone please try and give me an estimate on how many weeks/months ill be waiting until my 3080 arrives? Any answer would be much appreciated.

In summary, supply is low and random in quantity. There is currently no offical queue system and the unofficial one has a lot of issues.

Supply is going to get better at the tail end of October start of November but there is no confirmation regarding anything I am afraid.

You could easily be looking at a few months if the situation doesn't improve.
