To be honest I'd be happy knowing where I was on the queue at that point in time (of the email). A live update queue feature sounds like something that would need to be developed.
In terms of development, it wouldn't really take that long.

Just going off sql and php here but all it would need to do is query against a database based on the current users order number / email and find where its sat against other orders.

This is my first post here, however I've been following this thread for a week now, and honestly, without it my sanity would be long gone..
That being said, I'm no further forward in knowing about my order.

But thanks for keeping me sane fellas

Getting beyond a joke now. I placed an order for a 3080 trio straight at 2pm last Thursday. You accidentally cancelled my order later (your human error and have admitted this) told me to place an order the next day which I did (prices had gone up, thanks for that). I am now £1500 down and no response form anyone about what's happening. If you make a mistake and cancel someone's order surely you should rectify this, not just ignore them? Been over 6 days.

How about cancelling the international orders and prioritising the UK ones. Each country has its own stock and retailers.

Given the website was totally broken for regular customers how did international ones manage to connect? Because they used scripts.

I agree with this honestly, orders outside EU should be cancelled. This change was too late to have any impacts now.

I'm feeling totally ripped off. Very convenient of them to cancelled my order then put the price up and tell me to order again. They have charged me over the odds for 2 cards not refunded me and just ignoring me now. What kind of operation is this? I accept that they made a mistake but surely they could at least acknowledge this and respond?

I suggest you call into them

If what you say is true, I'm quite confident if you drop a post in the private customer service forum with your details - OcUK will sort you out.

Surely a % based system that would give us an estimate of where we are, i.e. top 20% would make us all happy. Right now sitting on the dark with no clue, made 3 calls already 30m plus on the phone each time just on hold..

Did they say why it was cancelled?

It's definitely true. I have tried multiple channels. I didn't get an email from Rich apologising for the error and telling me to simply place another order which I have done. Can't afford to be ripped off like this and incredibly frustrating to be ignored. Not sure what else I can do now

Update if anyone is interested in the 2080ti I sold on eBay last week and they guy said it was faulty. Got it back today, shockingly poorly packed. Checked it over and it's dead. I can smell burned plastic/transistors on the card too. Seems he tried to put the stock fans back on and some how roasted the card. Sadly, as a business seller on eBay I can't do much - called eBay they said report him, but that doesn't get my money back, or the card! I'm never selling a card on eBay again and paying for someone else's mistake. Especially given the guy is stating that I must have shipped him a dodgy card to begin with, even though it was shown as working in a video in the description.
