He can do what he wants with his money/credit. Seems like he was willing to be charged a bit of interest in the short term to get a 3080 and he's not happy because he's paying/aid interest on nothing.
At last some common sense. Thanks.

Being overdrawn is NOT the issue. But little trolls get their kicks from this by deliberately missing the point and being obtuse or just simply thick

For a second I thought that might have been me, except the card I bought was the Zotac 1080Ti mini, not the amp, but I sent the seller a message saying I was over the moon with the card :)

My card was a 3 slot monster lol, but glad you got sold a good card too! I really miss mine! Excellent card

I've videos and photos of the card working. There is a video of me opening the return. The serial matches that on my EVGA account. I'm going to refuse to pay him and then he will have to open up a dispute (I can't, I can only reply to his apparently) and take it from there. But, from experience, eBay will always side with the buyer.
You still have to follow this route so you can demonstrate to the court that you pursued every avenue. Might be an idea to ask the buyer if he has any qualifications to perform the actions on the card as well.

And this thread is now full of people joking about selling children and body parts for one.

Surely everyone should have at least £10k disposable cash before spending their money so irresponsibly?

Refunds are never instant, if you knowingly take on interest whilst waiting for a refund, you shouldn't get mad when it takes long, at least not towards overclockers.

They said they made a mistake, sent you a refund, and will even give you your original queue position back. Stop acting like they ate your newborn.

I'm not little troll. What a rubbish misrepresentation to make you feel self righteous. I'm complaining on a forum of the rubbish customer service. After all that's part of the reason for forums, to post good and bad?

Now you are saying pathetic things to make you feel good like the sad little keyboard warrior you are.

What am i supposed to do after being and charged twice and not getting any response, not say anything at all? Stop being so thick.

Sigh, another bed wetter.

So I'm supposed to just accept their mistake and wait weeks or months and just bend over and take it up the dirt pipe and say NOTHING?

Be realistic

He's not complaining about that though. The issue is the miscommunication/lack of action/time wasted ordering another
