This might be a silly question, but regardless of that. Any chances of sharing if shipments are within the hundreds or the thousands every 2 weeks. Thanks for your time.

I'd also like to know, as if they're only shipping a few hundred at a time, split between all the retailers, it's going to take a loooooong time to get through the backlog :(

I think my non-oc TUF has been delivered this morning. Need to wait till the evening for someone to bring me the box from the office though, because of self isolation. :(

So deliveries are happening chaps.

Would you mind if I ask what time you ordered, what was your order number and if possible where the unofficial queue calculator? Trying to guage how long orders are taking. Thanks.

In other news, I've got to say this (I will probably get flamed, but hey ho): 'queue' is not spelled 'que' and the expression 'would have' does not make sense, it should be 'would have'. Just trying to be helpful lol.

Got my palit card last night, what a beast of a card! Going to hook it up to my OLED later and give it some testing on there at 4K 120fps! It'll be worth the wait and this is coming from a 2080ti owner. :D
congrats honestly the palit card isn't even pig ugly like I thought it would be, went evga so F's in chat. I've heard people cancel and order some of the newly added cards or palit cards as there seems to be more people saying there cards have shipped from them than the big brands.

I would tend to agree with you there. Especially given the marketing and YouTuber (LTT & MB) videos pushing 8K gaming, which then leads those thinking it would batter 4K. Just a bit of rough math alone with the cores etc, shows that the 3090 isn't going to be hugely more powerful over the 3080. The Nvidia hype train grabbed hold and lead those to think it was aimed more at gaming. Granted, there are those that always want the best and are willing to pay handsomely for it, if for relatively small gains. Were I to use one just for gaming, I would simply stick with my MSI 3080 Ventus order on OCUK, which I am unlikely to see any time soon. After seeing the results on rendering for the 3090 and the 3080 crash due to lack of VRAM in certain scenarios, for me, it allowed me to work more effectively from home than I currently do, and what I could do with the 3080. The cost is crazy, but I never could justify a Titan, but I can just about justify the 3090.

I may cancel my MSI Ventus 3080, considering from the small amount I've read on here, that the MSI is unlikely to land anytime soon and the only reason I bought it was because it said available this week.

I rang and changed my Ventus order to a different card with less orders. I was showing around 2000 on the unofficial que.

so i cancelled my preorder from a competitor today ordered at 14:50 on the 17th and they couldnt provide me with any time lines other than not in the next few restocks.. so could be 1 week could be 3 months.

my pre order was for the zotac trinity - rather hold onto the money myself whilst waiting dont think i will be getting anything in a few months anyway.

Looks like that guy messed something up with his shunt mod. 2005 MHz core clock locked @ 500W is a joke. If you look at techpowerup's reviews the MSI Trio does 2000 MHz average on 350W, the TUF 1972 on 370W. Guru3d: MSI TRIO - 2025MHz, TUF - 2000MHz.

No i just think the 2080ti scale better. He set the voltage so the 3080 used 450W and the boost he got was locked in a 2005Mhz.

He may have got unlucky in the silicon lottery as well.

The Asus Strix oC un shunted in one review only pulled 2045Mhz at 480W as well.

Titan was always an odd card. Got beaten in gaming every time by the ti series (not that you should have been using it for gaming) but never matched a Quadro for workstation. Plus didn't have signed drivers like the Quadro.

Sure! Order confirmed at 14:45 (was trying from 14:00)
Unofficial position was 170 something.
Order was 5861***

Edit: wrote inside the quote before

Hey guys, what's the best software to use to monitor tempts/boost clocks etc whilst in game? MSI afterburner or something else? I know some have caused issues in game.

Any news on a Zotac trio delivery? Only went Zotac cause I thought it would be less popular so I was hoping I could get a card sooner, anyone else going Zotac I know from reviews there’s a 2% performance difference but right now I really couldn’t care less I just play games the drought is killing me slowly I don’t want go back into lockdown with no gpu!!! Oh god kill me now....

Given the posts about boost clocks being too high, it could just be that Zotac preventatively underclocked it and locked out any serious overclocking. I wouldn't be amazed if most factory oc versions are never available in large numbers this time round.

Just an interesting point with regards communication and how a competitor handles it.

I ordered the 3090 from Scan, the stock was due on 5th October. Ordered without a hitch, went through ok. Received an order email, then an additional email saying the payment was approved. Latest yesterday I then received an update from Scan, stating that I was in the initial batch of orders for the EVGA 3090 due on the 5th October. Once they had sold their allocation of stock, they stopped taking pre-orders.

Night and day compared with the 3080 purchase and subsequent communication and continued order taking.
