not sure I entirely approve of the choice of music. I prefer something a bit more 60’s and 70’s when I’m driving like a spanner ( which is more often that I probably should ).
 
Ngl might cancel out on my 2nd order made (Original order was Zotac cancelled and then went to MSI Trio) but after seeing all these things for the 3080 I feel like I'd be better off buying a 10th gen intel cpu as well as a new 10th gen motherboard for a cheaper price than a 3080 and be prepared to buy a 3080 when there back in stock or wait to see what AMD pulls out the bag.

Im 90% sure its Software Issue not HArdware myself as it happens on All brands on different board designs and on FE cards also. Too aggressive boost as i said in my ruinning cvideo from today.

had a 4.7 v8 Vantage until recently. Fantasic car when it wasn’t at the aston dealership. Glad this has turned into a car forum. Fed up moaning about non-existent graphics cards

I just heard of the 400z and I actually think it looks good. More like a Silvia than a Z imo though.

Are any of the 3090 users reporting the same crashes? They appear to be often using same or similar cap layout to the equivalent 3080 models.

What issues are you talking about? You know they just going to be driver issues. They cards atm are just pushing way past there factory overclock which needs a hot fix if you will it's nothing massive to worry about imo.

Nice car, Sounds pretty amazing. I was like... 'I've been on these roads' It's funny how I could tell what roads you're driving on. Between Calverton & Arnold?
 
A daily update, even one saying that there is no new information, at a consistent time window would go a long way to alleviate some of the pent up anxiety on these forums. Personally, I just sit around from 6am - 4pm refreshing and looking for any update... time and energy could be saved if they would even just come out and say "no update" on the stickied thread. Seems like we currently have to bug the hell out of them just to get their "no new information" response.

The lack of a new post is the equivalent to posting "no update".
 
I've refrained from calling or webnotes or bothering customer service as I understand it's a stock problem.

But OCUK aren't being very transparent here.
They are still taking pre orders for cards which people who ordered at launch still have no clue when they will receive.

Ask the manufacturers they say ask OCUK as they will have more detailed information.
Yet the information does not seem to be very forthcoming.

It does seem like they don't want to release this queue system because many will cancel when they see their position in the queue
 
@Zeed yeah I don't care about his personal life, just that he does the best ram on ocuk and knows what he's telling about when it comes to overclocking. Much like yourself, I made my 3950x a monster with your help and 3800mhz cl14 ram, 62.3ns latency. Thanks to you

Then create a materialised view that queries the main schema for the open orders. Partition that data by the card type and order by order date to return the order number, card type and its assigned row number (place in queue).

Create a basic restful api that can take an order number input and access the data (invoked with some simple JavaScript) to return card type and place in queue.

Would only take a few hours to knock that up, few more to rigorously test. Safe, simples!!

Do materialised views even exist in MySQL? It's been a while since I've wrote SQL for MySQL. What you said certainly sounds secure, by partitioning off using a new schema and database views for security, although I heard they're a nightmare to update. I write mostly in Python, C, and C++ now and develop tools for Cybersecurity/deep learning, so web technologies have taken a back seat these past couple of years. I think the last web project I developed was probably using node.js and express, and some Laravel as well. No idea what new features and frameworks exist right now. Over complicating things is in my nature, haha. But cheers mate!
