Well as a long time OcUk customer and long time nvidia user, I'm pretty disappointed with both.
I've cancelled my 3k order for a few reasons not least the possible/likely recall and the OcUK money grab ( still taking pay-up-front pre orders for example) and the general lack of coms.
I'll wait until restock of fixed cards or AMD convince me they won't do same thing (and have cards to back it up)
This is more or less paper launch though people will argue that. When Jay2 mocks folk in his 3dmark video about people claiming its a paper launch and using the fact there's others on leader board as his proof, you know there's something not right ( majority on that list if not all are content creators)
Good luck to those who stay the course ,though I fear your wait may be a bitter one once you try and use these cards by and large.

The cards aren't broken. Have you just watched one video and gone oh my this must be a issue when it's actually not. Few weeks new drivers problem fixed.

@OmniSnr but for me its the Hard top I love looks. Totally Love looks of the mx5 RF just needs supercharger and that would be my perfect car. Love light weight cars with no systems

This is probably the most ominous thing so far. "the other place" has ETAs for EVGA 3080 arrivals and EVGA 3090 arrivals (and are selling EVGA 3090s). Here, the 3080 can't be pre-ordered any more and the 3090 was never even offered.
Not really sure what to expect here. But personally, not really any reason for action unless you want to look elsewhere and don't have the cash to leave the money with OCUK. If I see one in stock elsewhere some time I'll take it. Otherwise, I'll wait and see what happens.
To me EVGA is the real unknown.

We'll see. And BTW,its not "just one video" . If it was driver issue I think you know we'd see more cards if not ALL cards have this issue. And if they release drivers that mysteriously fix it, what's betting someone within hours finds its just a retardation driver?
Uhu yeah you wait in the queue of thousands for your ,possibly broken card (as its a guess about drivers you have,nothing more,since I haven't seen any proof from you that shows otherwise) and I'll spend my money elsewhere , cause nothing ,drivers or poscaps etc removes the fact the OcUK have acted in a fashion that I and many others don't like .
There is plenty of them NOW when everyone jumped on CAPS bandwagon You dohnt know internets and instant sensation ??
