Did you get an email from PayPal confirming the payment?i paid via paypal using my card? does it syill cover the time i placed the order ?
PayPal usually takes longer to process payments(in my experience) - quicker than finance amazon pay etc but slower than direct card paymentsi paid via paypal using my card? does it syill cover the time i placed the order ?
It would help to know which PSU. The initial response from @montymint suggested you use two separate cables, and I would agree with this based on my previous experience using just one that split into two at the end and causing problems.
You will be drawing over 250w through the cables (+ ~60/70w from PCI slot) and each 8pin cable is rated for 150w (6pin rated to 75w) While you can probably get away with more than the rating it is best to avoid it and be in the clear. I would check the PSU as a 750w should have more than one GPU (PCIe) cable, and 750w should be sufficient.
Also, I don't think there is a 4pin PCIe connector as they tend to be 6 or 8 (split ones being 6+2). The only 4+4 I know is the CPU power cable that generally plugs into the top of the motherboard.
Has anyone saw this video?
They managed to organise a better system than OC from a car parkMuch smaller scale but still funny, and impressive.
the Strix OC requires 3 8 pins and for them to be separate cables not daisy chained, i suspect 2 would be fine if daisy chain one of them but that card can draw 450w+ when overclockedI also have a corsair psu, a TX850M, and it is semi modular, and for GPU power there are two 8 pin sockets available, and it came with 2 pcie cables with 8 pin on one end that splits to two 6+2 pin on the other end. I have an Asus Rog Strix OC on order, and was wondering if the PSU would be sufficient with that cabling. Two cables supplying the three 8 pins on the GPU?
Really learn to use brain and how calculator works before whining.on thursday my queue was 265 for aorus xtreme now its 362 , really OCUK!
It does seem that a few videos and posts blew this issue up way more than it needed to.Yup was saying that from start. Jay blew it up all over internet with hes uneducated video.
quicker than finance amazon pay etc

There is no delete option more people added orders so its more accurate.I was 73 now 70. Guessing people cancelled theirs and updated the list
I believe the payment confirmation comes once you get your Order Received email nothing else, doesn't matter if you got payment confirmation from your method first, doesn't mean OCUK have processed itNot true I'm afraid, I've seen people getting their Paypal confirmation hours or days afterwards whereas I used AmazonPay and I got mine 13 mins later. Basically, it isn't clear cut.
You get em from NV as they are giving codes to retailersis watch dogs legion game do we get free from overclockers or with any 3000 series cards bought from other places ?
each rail in the PSU can only supply so much W, as this card is going to draw lots of power under certain circumstances you could put 1 rail under to much pressure which will result in a crashOne thing I'm not sure about is why you can't have one cable with two 8 pins? Like I have a G1+ (I think) it's a 1000w EVGA gold PSU and currently, I use my 5700xt and used my 1080 hybrid previously with one cable from the PSU that goes into 2 8 pins. Why would EVGA include such a cable if it was unable to meet the spec requirements of the connectors?
