Still radio silence I see. As each day passes OCUK looks more and more unprofessional.
Before long people are going to start thinking they are purposefully withholding information from customers, it definitely looks that way.
This is a well known business that's been selling PC components for years, you wouldn't think it given their response to customers and the way they are behaving.
I have also noticed a small but very vociferous section of forum members that defend their poor customer service, this small section of forum members who refuse to say a bad word are not doing you any favours, these aren't the people you should be concerned with.
New customers are making up the majority of complaints here and long term customers like myself who can objectively see that the way you're handling this is extremely poor and THESE are the people who aren't going to be using OCUK again, that should be your concern, not getting repeat business from these customers because of poor customer service, that should be of huge concern, no amount of pre-orders will make up for the long term damage done to your business.
