Yup thats why im expecting to be in nextt batch of gigabyte cards from my calculation/speculation there is 5 people on my car in front as 6th got card sent out :)
 
if someone doesn't fancy their particular AIB anymore and asks for a refund, that's a lot of ag on OC's part not to mention £700 leaving their account. letting them keep their place for a different brand solves all this for them. if someone is secretly bumped one place further back in the queue for a popular AIB card, they probably won't even know about it since there's no official queue and no ETA, and won't cancel as a result.

100% makes sense to do on OCUK's part if they can get away with it. which they probably can since they hold all the cards, at least figuratively (the actual cards are still sitting as unmoulded silicon in a vietnamese factory).

should they do it from a customer fairness perspective? no, of course not. but "should" doesn't seem to apply to this launch.

i'll trust that they'll recognise this and all the talk of AIB swapping is just a mix up in communications.

Anyhow people with mis cards should know more or less where they are standing just fish out last poster on forums that got card shipped today and thats where we are at by order time.

From what i see around 14.15 is last person that got card shipped out more or less ??

Scratch just this second got an email saying my card is in the process of being shipped :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Just spoke with someone at OC and he was nice enough to say that they are releasing the official que either today or tomorrow and he advise that we will get an email advising if we are included in the next batch of cards going out. Also the que thing was confirmed to be a thing where you can jump the que and switch orders whenever which i didnt agree with.

Personally I think the que position should be determined by who induced the most wear to their F5 key, not which card they chose. Those that really went all ham on the F5 deserve to swap cards if they want and keep the position.
