I wonder if you feel the same way with someone who queues for McDonalds and orders a BigMac, then changes their mind and orders a Chicken Sandwich, do you feel they should go to the back of the queue or be allowed to change their order whilst maintaining their queue position?

If it was separate queues for each item then yes, if a single queue to front and then choose ok, but these dweebs chose a certain card now want to jump into another queue at the same position.
If you did that in queues at Post Office counters etc you would get thrown out.

12 days with no real updates, taking the shine off things now. I'm giving it a few more days tops before I pull the plug. This is ridiculous now. I ordered a card that was showing stock "with more to come in a few days", clearly a bait and switch move to get us to part with our cash...

thanks guys, ahhh somrthing from myself heres an reply from ocuk i received today :

Dear Lukasz Malmon,

I appreciate that - we're being as transparent as possible with the information that we have. The problem is that we simply don't have much information at the moment.

Gibbo is the person who physically deals with and purchases stock from our suppliers, so he is by far the best source of information, which is why we recommend you check out that forum thread. If there's no info there, we don't have it either.

We're still working on the queue position updater, should be ready soon as far as I'm aware so keep an eye out for an email.

Regards,

Liam F

Well I just worked out why different graphics cards cost different amounts , Zotec cards are made in a factory that looks like its something out of WW2 ! And all the staff look under paid , MSI looks a bit dated but is using more machines so comes in the middle and ASUS was the most high tech the factory is pretty much all computers ........ makes sense why there cards are the most expensive. Just search the Videos on YouTube its pretty interesting

If all this queue jumping is real, I'm going to lose my ******* mind, everyone will just hop into ASUS TUF OC orders due to small queue in comparison, I'm proper ****** like proper ******. This all better be CAP. OCUKs are about to catch a fade

Chill the **** out. It's a GPU not a kidney transplant. Get a bloody grip of yourselves.

PS I ordered a GIGABYTE Eagle, because that's what I wanted and I won't be changing queue to a bloody Palit or something. It will even out over time anyway, since you all act like a bunch of bloody headless chickens in this thread .

Admins can’t help, you’d have to ask in the Customer Service forum. You’ll most likely get it tomorrow. Banks don’t process this type of refund on a weekend, usually takes 3 working days most places.
I'll chase it with them tomorrow. I was a bit concerned as my order is still showing as "order received - not yet shipped".

The queue "jumping" story sucks for me, I ordered a Strix.

If you used a bot to get a 3080, it's a double win, you can game the system again.

Think it’s hilarious that I ordered just after 3pm on the 17th and my mate who ordered from a different popular website is getting his before me and he ordered 2 days after I did, clearly they’re getting more stock than overclockers

Frankly no, there is nothing of use there, a new shipment containing what exactly?

No specific quantities or SKU mentioned no dates just this week or next week or soon...

That isn't information it is just trying to give the impression of information while delivering nothing of use at all...

If it can't be checked in and sent out it isn't worth telling people about.

Maybe if you tried reading you would have seen that I specifically asked them when the UK is getting more 3080s

They only have the gaming pro and gaming pro OC out so far, the Gamerock 3080 hasn't released yet

Their reply was they shipped more on Monday 28th (by air going by the timeframe)
And they will be with UK retailers this week or next week at the outside
That's a lot more information than we've been getting on here

Bit of a stretch to say it "isnt of any use at all"
Leaving 1000s of customers totally in the dark about their purchase fits that criteria much better

As to your "it can't be checked in or sent out isn't worth telling people about"

Many people in this thread would disagree , I'm sure everyone would like to hear regular updates of shipments being sent out, expected delivery dates etc.
