Still think worst thing going on here is that, its appears, OcUK are globally still then only retailers taking preorders and cash up front ( with ,let's face it, no real hope of fulfilling everyone's order this side of easter)

Its a fine line for trading standards tbh

Not a fan of that type of fast food ..they can do as they please ..but you will have to ask the person behind them that's ordering if they mind.
 
Some folk tried all day from 2pm to order a 3080. I got to PayPal 3 times believing an order was going through for it just to crash on completion. The later ASUS TUF OC cards had the ETA of the end of September after their price increase. The even later cards had no ETA. Strange that folk can just change their minds then push others back in the queue. I suppose that could also be the difference between getting the 'free gifts' or not. Its frustrating and feels wrong, thats for sure.

1 - At the time the guy change his mind, your meal isn't paid. In fact, none of you has ordered...
2 - average time to make a mc chicken : ~0 second (it's already waiting for pickup)
average time to make a 3080 : ~eternity
3 - Who the **** changes a big mac for a mcchicken ?

all I want, and what I will accept, and not complain about, is OCUKs to not allow queue jumping, and fulfill orders by the time purchased and to try to secure as much shipment as they can. If they can do that, I don't say anything, but since they aren't keeping the queue faithful, I resort to complaining.

Yeah bro, I feel you. I should have ordered from the website you mentioned as estimated delivery was 05.10 / yet I foolishly went with brand loyalty BS. My bad, my bad.

Is this quee swapping real? It does not make a sense. If you swap you should go to the back bro. It is nonsensical. In Asda if you are queing to till number 7 and realize that number 6 has few people less you dont just switch lanes and shove in front other people who chose this queue and expect that everyone will be happy about it. I want official statement from OC on this. Everyone should cancel orders bro. This is shambolic.

It's not 100% clear from the quoted customer service messages people have posted (despite some people saying it is). However, OcUK haven't confirmed either way so we just have a massive amount of speculation instead. I'm not too bothered about waiting but I most certainly am bothered if someone can skip ahead of me in the queue. I did actually cancel and order a different card. It never occurred to me to ask to jump the queue!

Hoping AMD come out with something good with Big Navi and I'll just get that instead.
