This is what I did yesterday, tried to be polite and said I understand you have a lot of calls etc and they didn't give me the info. It costs me money as I live in IrelandNothing stopping anyone from ringing up and asking what their queue number is. Issue is that management should figure out that they'd save a lot of time by automating the process of answering the question!
